Cancellation Policy

Paid deposits are non-refundable on all bookings. Full, cleared payment must be received no later than 24 hours before the booking. I reserve the right to cancel the booking if the full payment has not cleared. Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the booking can be transferred to another booking and/or service. Cancellations made within the 24 hours prior to your booking will be charged their deposit & the deposit cannot be transferred to another booking and/or service. Prices do not include location costs. Any location costs are charged in full prior to the booking date. Local travel costs are included in service charges. Long distance/overnight bookings are subject to additional travel fees.
